Do you love modern pop music? At School of Rock, our Performance Program lets you and your bandmates take the stage to perform the biggest hits in the genre. You'll master songs from chart-toppers like Taylor Swift, Billie Eilish, and Sabrina Carpenter, learning to nail those catchy melodies, powerful vocals, and tight rhythms. Tribute to Ozzy (Group 1)

Get ready to unleash your inner rock god! School of Rock's Performance Program is paying tribute to the one and only Ozzy Osbourne! You and your band will learn and perform the most epic songs from his legendary solo career and his time with Black Sabbath. This is your chance to master iconic riffs from guitar legends like Randy Rhoads and Zakk Wylde on songs like "Crazy Train" or "Bark at the Moon." It's more than just playing music; it's about channeling that raw energy and stage presence that made Ozzy a rock icon. Want to jump into the mosh pit? Our Green Day Performance Program lets you and your bandmates get loud and proud, playing the biggest hits from one of punk rock's most iconic bands. You'll blast through classics from across their career, from the rebellious energy of Dookie to the rock opera anthems of American Idiot. This isn't just about playing power chords; it’s about learning the history of a band that brought punk to the masses, mastering raw stage presence, and building the confidence to own a live show. You’ll work together with your band to channel the raw energy of Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt, and Tré Cool, proving that rock and roll is still alive and kicking. Trial Lessons

Trial Class Rookies

At School of Rock Montclair, our music program for children with no previous musical experience (typically ages 6 to 7-years-old) is called Rookies. Rookies students have one weekly group music lesson where they learn fundamentals like chords, rhythm and song structure. Kids get to learn and experiment with multiple instruments so they can later decide which one they ultimately want to continue pursuing in Rock 101.

Trial Little Wing

At School of Rock Montclair our Little Wing music program for preschoolers and toddlers teaches students foundational music skills by playing games and participating in other interactive musical activities. Little Wing students have one weekly group music lesson in which they use classic rock songs to learn about rhythm, song structure, melody and dynamics through play.
