Policies

• All Make-Up lessons expire after 90 days and can only be used for students with an active enrollment.

• Make-ups may not be used in lieu of paying tuition.

• Make-Up Lessons may NOT be scheduled more than two weeks in advance.

• If a teacher is absent we will provide a sub. If a customer cancels because they don’t want to work with a sub, AND the customer gives 24 hours notice, we will issue a Courtesy Make-up lesson.

• “No show/No notice” will not be granted a Make-up lesson.

• For holiday and inclement weather closures, we will issue Make-Up (Closure) lessons when there are only 4 lesson days during that calendar month. When there are 5 lesson days during the calendar month, we will not grant make-ups for holiday or inclement weather closures unless a closure on that day of the week happens to occur 2 or more times.

• We do not provide make-ups for missed rehearsals, but we do try to schedule an extra rehearsal at the end of both our fall and spring seasons to account for holiday and weather-related closures. Rock 101, Rookies, and Little Wing students can attend a different session on the schedule if space is available.

Cancellation Policy:

• School of Rock requires 30 days written notice for membership changes or plan cancellations. If notice is provided mid-month, the following month will be prorated.
